We have carefully analyzed and combined data from a number of sources to determine those counties that offer you the most liberty to live your life the way you wish and leave you with more money in your pocket to do so.
Using data from a variety of sources, including Freedom in the Fifty States and the Tax Foundation, we have ranked the below counties based on which offer you the most overall liberty to lead a long, free and happy life. The factors considered include:
